Appointment never happened originally booked it for the 25th May it’s been over a month since I booked the appointment and I’ve been promised a £30 discount due to the inconvenience. I’ve made contact so many times through Facebook messenger, calls and texts and I’ve been ignored majority of the time. I find that extremely rude and not professional. I was looking forward to this as my 30 birthday treat and it’s now made me more annoyed. I also lost £26 because of these appointments not going ahead and I’ve still not gotten a refund..
