I usually don't leave 1-star reviews, and I completely understand the reason behind someone having a bad day, but what I experienced today was beyond terrible. While getting my hair brushed back, I told the barber to be a bit gentle as I felt the pressure of the comb on my forehead. He dismissed it by saying that my skin was sensitive or that he had "man hands" and couldn't control it, which was extremely rude. Then, while finishing the haircut, he started aggressively brushing off leftover hair using a brush, which poked my eye. After I discussed it and told him to be gentle, he said he was just trying to clean it. I then proceeded to clean my eye as one of them felt sore after the brush poked it, and I was very annoyed. I tried to tell him that he should be more careful, and he accused me of being aggressive by smashing the water basin? That was not true. I've been to many barbers, but this kind of attitude has left me beyond speechless. I've been here before and their service was excellent, but this particular event was emotionally torturing.
