It was a great session, with a focus on a slight injury, plus massage, mobility, and discussion about preparation for an upcoming event. Bobby has in-depth knowledge of multiple sports disciplines, as well as how the body reacts to these sports, and repairs during training or post event. Thanks again, mate.
