My husband booked an appointment for me on Booksy. I’m glad he did. I’m very happy with my hair. Aisha was professional, quick and the braids look very neat. I would definitely recommend her.

I booked for a Saturday morning appointment at 11:00am. She called me an hour before the appointment and informed me that she had a “dentist appointment” she forgot about, and requested to move the appointment to 12:30pm. I was accommodating, but it immediately felt disorganised. Unfortunately, the rescheduled time wasn’t honoured either. I arrived at 12:35pm and she wasn’t there. When I texted her she claimed that she was “5 minutes away,” yet she didn’t arrive until 1pm. What made it worse was the lack of communication: I had to ask for updates rather than being kept informed, which isn’t acceptable at this price point. There were also issues with transparency. When I booked (two days prior), I clearly stated I’d be bringing two colours of hair. This wasn’t acknowledged until the morning of the appointment (a few minutes after she called to move the appointment time back) where I was then told there would be an extra charge and additional requirements. None of this is outlined in the policy provided. Introducing new fees last-minute, especially after confirming the booking, is unprofessional, especially considering everything else that happened. The overall experience felt rushed and poorly managed. Despite the delay being on her end, I felt hurried during the appointment, which led to a miscommunication about the style I wanted. When I corrected it, there was little effort to accommodate or resolve the issue, her response was apathetic, which made the interaction feel quite dismissive. To be fair, the braiding itself was done quite quickly and the final result does look good. However, good technique alone doesn’t justify the overall service. When you’re charging on the higher end, professionalism, clear communication, and respect for your client’s time should be a given - not an afterthought. **UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was contacted in a confrontational and unprofessional manner, including attempts to discredit my feedback. This has reinforced my concerns about the overall service experience. As I clearly stated, the work was good and NOT rushed, I just took concern with the professionalism and organisation of the service, and now of her response to a bad review.

Aisha did an amazing job on my hair. She was quick, really lovely to talk to, and made the whole experience comfortable. My hair looks amazing and the braids are so neat. I’d definitely recommend her!

So happy I found Aisha, she is an amazingly fast braided but not only is she fast she is precise. My hair turned out beautifully and I will not hesitate to go to her again anytime I need a new do. thank you so much Aisha

Booked a last minute appointment the night before, Aisha was very accommodating for my daughter. When we got there she started pretty much straight away, hair started around 14:05 and finished around 17:30-17:45 so quick service! Place is clean and tidy. Thankyou x
