She always listens to how I want my hair to look and it always looks even better than I could have ever imagined with it still feeling healthy and shiny after. I have never loved my hair this much! Visited for the first time today after my long-term hairdresser stopped working, so I was really nervous about finding someone new, especially because my hair was very damaged, broken, and had a lot of orange tones. Bethan was so friendly, and easy to talk to, and she made me feel comfortable straight away. She talked me through everything, explained what she was using on my hair, and really listened to what I wanted including not taking too much length off. The result is honestly beautiful. My hair feels so soft and shiny, and the colour is exactly what I wanted. My hair looks better than it has in ages. The salon is also in such a lovely countryside location. So happy I found somewhere I’ll definitely come back to.
