I’ve been going to Sammy for a number of years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always gets my colour spot‑on and gives me a lovely cut every time — I leave feeling confident and looked after. Sammy also cuts my daughter’s hair. She’s so knowledgeable, especially with curly hair, which has been a huge help as I have no experience with curls myself. She takes the time to explain what will work best and how to care for it, and the results speak for themselves. Sammy is a brilliant hairdresser, genuinely kind, and consistently excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Just want to say how amazing my experience was with Sammy. From the minute I walked in to leaving I had a smile on my face. I was so happy with my hair and cannot wait to come back in 3 months. It’s the best my hair has ever looked. Sammy was so understanding about my bad experience with my previous hairdresser, I cannot believe the transformation. I would recommend Hair by Sammy to anyone looking for a friendly, well knowledged lady! I was made to feel at home for the whole experience. I also got to have a cuddle with the loveliest little Maisy! Thankyou again, cannot wait to come back!

I found Sammy by recommendation from my beautician. On my first visit, Sammy listened to me and did exactly what I asked for, where 3 other hairdressers failed. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had my usual colours and cut on Wednesday and today I was complimented on how fresh and bright my colours are. Always a lovely visit to Sammy.

Don’t go here is you want a professional hair stylist. But pay professional prices. I never came out happy with my hair over recent months it was like I hadn’t had it done . I should never have kept going back. And waisting my money . So partly my fault lessons learnt. I like it blonde a friend asked me when I’d just had it done if I’d had it dyed grey ash . Really ? It was dull washed out and a mucky colour. Hair by Sammy seems to be preoccupied with family issues always stressed never happy bright and cheerful always has problems. I’m sorry but I’m going to the hairdressers to relax and destress. . Hair by Sammy is always gossiping about other customers their families and people they may know. Very unprofessional. I did complain and the reply I got back was that she wasn’t the hairdresser for me and that I’m never happy with my-hair because I wasn’t. She was quite rude. Is this is way to keep your customers I don’t think so . When you rely on them to keep your businesses afloat . She also refused me a partial refund. Shocking. I have since been to another hairdressers they got it exactly right and for half the cost. They said my hair colour had been over processed and damaged the cut was all over the place uneven and basically a mess. If you want a professional hair stylist don’t waste your money .
