From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. Nefertare went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout my appointment as I am do wear a hijab, and nothing felt like too much trouble. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered thoughtful advice, making me feel completely at ease. The attention to detail was exceptional, and I was absolutely delighted with the final result. My hair feels healthier, looks beautiful, and has been styled perfectly. I will definitely be returning soon :) xx
