Lovely lovely girl!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I didn’t receive a warm welcome when I arrived and wasn’t offered a drink or made to feel particularly welcome. The salon itself was quite dark and felt uninviting. My appointment was delayed by around 20 minutes, despite the salon not being busy. There was only one other customer having their hair done, while the other stylist was sitting on her phone, changing the music and vaping. Eventually, I was seen by the stylist who had been sitting on her phone. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, but unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the haircut I received. While my hair was being cut, another customer came into the salon and the stylist stopped dealing with me and passed me over to the other stylist so she could attend to the new customer. I found the whole experience very unprofessional. The customer service was poor, and I found the attitude and behaviour of the stylists immature and lacking professionalism. Sadly, I’m not satisfied with the quality of my haircut and wouldn’t recommend this salon or return myself.
