Couldn’t be happier with my service by Maria!! Totally transformed my hair to even better than I could have expected! Can’t recommend enough 🥰
I struggle to find a good hairdresser since I’ve had experiences where I wasn’t happy with the service. Finally, I managed to put my trust in Maria and she did not disappoint. She made me feel so comfortable and took her time making sure my hair was perfect.
Maria was so lovely and I am so happy with how she styled my hair! I will be booking back in for special occasions.
Fabulousl first visit and a fantastic haircut by Maria. I felt at ease from the moment I entered and was greeted all the way to the end. Looking forward to returning for my first ever colour! 😀 😍

I arrived to my scheduled appointment at 4.45pm yesterday and a girl asked me to take a seat to which I did, a woman and girl were waiting a while for there lash appointment and said they had been waiting a while the woman ended up asking a girl how long and she answered her quite funny actually. It got to 5pm and still nothing so waited another 20 mins still nothing, if someone wouldn’t said sorry we’re running late be with you as soon as we can fair enough I’d of changed the appointment or come back later on but there was nothing the girl finished doing the foils on her current clients hair then she just stood and carried on her conversation not doing anything. My appointment was only a 10 min hair consultation, I was very nervous going somewhere new anyway and this experience just made it all worse for me. So I ended up walking out at 5.20pm when my 10 minute appointment was at 4.45pm. Sorry I don’t like leaving negative reviews but wanted to be honest with my experience
Hi Stacey, I’m very sorry to hear about your experience and the long wait, With a team of 22, it is not always immediately clear who clients are waiting for or which service they are booked in for, but someone should still have checked in with you during your wait. I sincerely apologise that this did not happen. The stylist was unaware you had arrived for your appointment on this occasion and as you have previously not shown up to an appointment and it had been recently rescheduled no alarm bells rang, had the stylist known you were waiting for them the situation would of been handled differently. Unfortunately, stylists can also sometimes run behind without realising how much time has passed, but that is not an excuse for the lack of communication you experienced and I completely understand how frustrating that must have felt, especially when visiting somewhere new. You absolutely should have been updated about the delay and given the option to reschedule or return later, and I sincerely apologise that this didn’t happen. As a team, we will be reviewing how we manage appointments and communication to help ensure this is handled much better moving forward. I appreciate your honesty and we are sorry we let you down on this occasion. If you would be open to it, we would love the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a much better experience in the future. Thank you again for your feedback.
Maria is honestly the best 🫶🏼 She’s so lovely and easy to talk to, which just makes the whole experience feel really relaxed. She actually listens to what you want instead of just doing her own thing, but at the same time she’s great at suggesting little tweaks or adjustments that make it turn out even better. I always leave feeling so happy with my hair. Would 100% recommend her to anyone! 💇🏽♀️
