Honestly these Ladies are amazing friendly, kind, non judgey, and so helpful and instantly put you at ease when you sit in the chair, so after a diy fail at home, leaving my hair a mix of all shade of blondes orange grey blues, these ladies worked the magic and I came out feeling like a million dollars and feeling so much more uplifted in my mind and in my appearance, they reassure you and care about how you want to look not just a rush job of what they want and to get the next person in the chair. This is a warm cosy atmosphere where you leave feeling like your a million dollars but also its a lovely experience in the shop with the staff, it made a enjoyable afternoon and I certainly won't be having anymore diy projects on my hair, its harpers ladies all the way for the look but also the lovely hours spent. I also add the pricing is not extortionate and its worth every penny for the service you get. if I could add more stars I would.

I had lovely Holly do my hair today, the salon was clean and smelled great. Holly answered all my questions and gave me really good advice when deciding what I should do with my hair and what would suit me, it felt like talking to a friend :) I left with wavy, healthy looking hair and a new favourite hairstyle.
