Cancelled 2 weeks in a row, told her to tell me when to rebook after the first cancellation and she didn’t. Comes to 10am and messaged both times cancelling with her phone on sleep mode because no calls go through. Didn’t even bother to reply to our notes as me and my fiance were trying to get booked in. She didn’t even contact my fiance to tell her it was cancelled both times too
First time having my lashes done with Hayley and she made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job. Love them thank you xx
