We had the most wonderful Japanese head spa experience with Sabina and Marianna as the technicians, together as a little treat and quality time with my best friend. 💆♀️✨ From start to finish, everything was so relaxing and beautifully done. The atmosphere was peaceful, the treatment was incredibly soothing, and the scalp massage was absolutely heavenly. It was the perfect way to switch off, unwind and enjoy some much-needed pampering together. We both left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and genuinely pampered. It was such a lovely experience to share, and we’re already looking forward to booking our next one! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to relax, recharge and enjoy a special experience with someone you love. ❤️

Thank you for your response. I would just like to clarify a few points. My original appointment was at 11:30, not 11:15. Also, I did not ask for a strong-pressure massage. Unfortunately, there was a communication barrier with the therapist throughout the appointment, and I found it difficult to understand her instructions. Even something as simple as where to pay was confusing because I wasn’t given clear directions. My review reflects how I genuinely experienced the treatment. I went there to relax, but instead I left feeling uncomfortable and woke up the next day in pain. I appreciate your offer of a refund, but it doesn’t change my experience.

On the day of your appointment, you arrived more than 15 minutes late. As our schedule was fully booked, with six clients after your appointment, we explained before the treatment that we would need to make a small adjustment to avoid delaying the rest of the day. Although your delay exceeded 15 minutes, we shortened your treatment by only 7 minutes as a gesture of goodwill. Before the massage, you requested strong pressure. Our therapist followed your preference and, as soon as she noticed it might be too intense, immediately adjusted to a lighter pressure. At the end of your appointment, you confirmed that everything was fine. After receiving your feedback, we personally reached out and offered several solutions, including a full refund and the opportunity to experience the treatment with me personally. We truly appreciate your feedback and always strive to resolve any concerns with care, fairness, and professionalism. We wish you all the best.
Treated my friend and I to this service and there is only one word... WOW!!! From beginning to end it was relaxing and the smell of the products was amazing. My doctor didnt know I went but if they did it would be a service the definitely have ordered for us! We will most definitely be back again!

First time having a head spa didn’t know what to expect !! Wow amazing experience was so calm , super relaxing , the ladies were so professional me and my friend were very impressed , we had a great time,looking forward to the next time, would highly recommend , thank you Sabrina x
