I recently visited this salon for a perm appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. A huge amount of care was taken when sectioning my hair to make sure the curl direction was just right, rather than simply rushing through the process. Even the shorter hairs were patiently worked into place, which I genuinely appreciated because I know that’s no easy task. The appointment was scheduled with plenty of time, so nothing felt rushed, and the atmosphere was brilliant. The music created such a relaxed vibe that the whole experience was really enjoyable. After waiting the recommended 48–72 hours before washing my hair, I was honestly blown away by the result. The finished perm looks better than ones I’ve had at merchant city salons where I’ve paid more than twice the price and it’s dropped straight away. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, thank you guys!
