My first time here today. Had full set of acrylic nails and spa pedicure. Brilliant service, lovely ladies running the place. Will go back there again :)
The ladies are so lovely. Had an issue with a power cut mid appointment and they still managed to get me finished within the day despite being fully booked! My nails are perfect too

Honestly the best customer service you could ask for! I wasn't happy with my nails and they went above and beyond to fix the problem and i cant thank them enough!! I now have my dream nails. So friendly and welcoming and put me at ease as i hate complaining about anything but they were so understanding. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend and be returning 😊

Wasn’t too happy my friend had her nails done and had to wait an hour after her appointment because one of the staff didn’t get out of bed then came in with her dog running round barking at everyone then I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted and they were uneven as anything she took more off one side than the other then when I addressed it I was asked am I sure it’s not just my eyebrows that are uneven, so then she went to fix it or make it look similar and then proceeded to take more off the eyebrow that was too short, not happy and would not be going back again as my friends acrylic nails are also so thin they could snap

Additionally, if you or your friend are unhappy with your nails, we would appreciate it if you told us straight after so we can fix it for you instead of leaving upset.
