She carefully explained the different nail options, including acrylic and gel, showed me colour samples, and helped me choose the perfect shade and style. I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming she was throughout. The end result was absolutely beautiful. My nails were exactly the length, shape, and colour I wanted, and I was so happy with them. Had my first appointment with Penny, and she was incredible! So friendly, accommodating and very professional. She did an amazing job with my lashes! Very happy with the result. Wax was great too, didn't notice any skin irritation and was happy with the aftercare given to my skin.
