It was my first time here and booked in with Giannis. He was great at understanding what I wanted, while also giving his own input on what he thought would suit me best. Really happy with the haircut and he brought good vibes throughout the appointment. Would definitely recommend booking with him to anyone considering it. I’ll for sure be back.

Not happy with this haircut and definitely not worth £42. Cut so much of my hair off before asking me about length. Should have cut a bit and then asked. Haircut given was nothing like the photo I showed, not happy at all and regretting my decision. Gonna have to wait 2 weeks for my hair to grow back. I will not be returning here and do not recommend

During your appointment, your barber carried out a consultation and checked in with you throughout the haircut. At the time, you didn't mention that you were unhappy, so the barber continued based on the feedback they received. That said, we completely understand that it can sometimes feel uncomfortable to say you're not happy while you're still in the chair, and we appreciate that your opinion of a haircut can change once you've had time to style it yourself.
