Really great experience at Industry 11 today. The shop itself was lovely, really clean and had such a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, all the staff made me feel very welcome. I was offered a drink several times, which was a really nice touch and made the whole experience feel relaxed and friendly. Jordan, the barber, was brilliant — very understanding, took the time to listen to what I wanted, and was genuinely lovely to chat to throughout. I felt completely at ease and was really happy with the service. Definitely found my new barbers! Would highly recommend Industry 11 and will absolutely be returning. 👌💈
