No protection for ears and face. Hair dye got on my face, neck and ears. Hurry home to clean the hair color on the face and unfortunately found out that my ears and even neck were full of color. The color on my forehead and chest are so hard to remove, which I have to try so many ways and make my skin red. It totally wastes my time and makes a lot of trouble. In my hometown, the neck, ears and forehead are definitely protected by something. A very rough and unsophisticated service. So disappointed and regretful. Update: It is possible to avoid the foils from my ears and neck if you use ear protectors and neck paper which I have checked are sold in the uk.
Hi Kexin, unfortunately with the kind of colour service you had it would be impossible to protect your skin as the foils get covered in the all over tint as they are moved around, I tried to remove as much staining as possible but with such a dark colour it can be very stubborn, I’m very sorry for any inconvenience.

I was disappointed after seeing the positive reviews. I didn't feel listened to, and my hair looked bad😔i was offered to come back in, but i didn't want it to end up looking worse, so i left it. £55 wasted and no refund Update- it would have been more professional to let me know you couldnt do what I showed on the image and another professional was shocked it cost £55 for what was a very wonky haircut.
Hi Matilda, I’m sorry you feel you weren't listened to as we had a 15 minute consultation and I ran 20 minutes over the appointment time to make sure you were happy, which you said you were. It’s also difficult to manage expectations when being shown AI generated images as they do not account for hairlines, growth patterns and hair density but I apologise if I didn’t make this clear enough.
