I honestly had such a good experience at this salon. My hair was really tangled and I was honestly a bit embarrassed because I hadn’t properly looked after it for a long time. But she was so friendly, patient and professional and she never made me feel judged or uncomfortable. She spent around **6 hours detangling my hair** and she really took her time with it. I really appreciate how gentle and understanding she was throughout the whole process. I’m so happy I went there and I would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially if you have natural Afro hair that needs some extra care. ❤️

Zainab spent almost 5 hours patiently detangling it and managed to save my hair. She was so gentle, professional, and never gave up, even with the toughest knots.
