I am not sure how to rate this appointment, given that the practitioner didn’t show up. I booked an appointment around 16 days ago to be seen at 6:00 PM today, and I received several reminders confirming the booking. Upon arrival, I checked in at the reception and was told to take a seat and wait for Jasmine. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was informed that Jasmine was not aware of any appointment and was not available to see me. This was quite disappointing, especially since the appointment had been confirmed on the system. The receptionist did not seem particularly sympathetic, and I was not contacted by anyone with an apology or explanation. As a healthcare professional myself working in a private clinic, I found this situation unprofessional and poorly managed.

Your appointment was indeed confirmed by our automated booking system, which sends reminders independently. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected period of ill health at that time, including hospital visits, my diary was not closed as it should have been and your appointment was regrettably overlooked. I take full responsibility for this. This is not reflective of the standard of care or organisation we provide, and situations like this are extremely rare within our practice. Since then, additional safeguards have been put in place to ensure this cannot happen again. I completely understand how disappointing this would have been, particularly as a healthcare professional yourself, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and lack of communication you experienced on the day. As a further apology I would be happy to reimburse your travel costs to and from this appointment, I have contacted your separately to arrange. Jasmine is the best! I only trust her with my face and she never disappoints. Her Botox and filler work is flawless—natural, precise, and exactly what I ask for every time. Had my lips and lumi eyes done today by the lovely jasmine down at ink’d london, the studio was amazing and clean, jasmine was very professional and explained everything she was doing each step of the way. The result of my lips and eyes, I couldn’t be happier, I would deffo recommend to anyone wanting to enhance there natural features and can’t wait to get booked in again x
