UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not book. Cancelled my appointment half an hour before my appointment time when I was already at the salon, cancelled with no urgent reason and my appointment was booked a month in advance and she had confirmed the time and date previously. Not how a decent business should operate. After seeing her response full of lies I would not trust her as she is saying she was accommodating me with the Sunday appointment when this is not the case. It was there to book available oh her booksy, and a month prior to my appointment when she had tried to reschedule I offered alternative dates which she declined and said she could do the Sunday.
I accept full accountability and responsibility of what happened today, I apologise once again. I reiterate for the people reading I had to cancel because of my religion and in honesty I should've never picked up in the first place but I couldn't go forward with the appointment after talking with my leaders. I gave her compensation with a refund of her deposit and petrol money for her way back home I also asked for next availability that was not on Sunday and understandably she didn’t want to discuss. This has never happened before and it will never happen again I can assure that to any future customers. I’ve understood where I’ve went wrong I accepted the Sunday appointment to benefit her when I shouldn’t have because I have to put my religion first at all times.
Love getting my hair done with Jayla! Scheduling is easy and flexible. The environment is great and Jayla is very warm and easy to speak to. Best of all, my hair always looks great and so well done!!!
I’ve been getting my weft installed by her for the past 2 years and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! 🤍 She always takes her time, pays so much attention to detail and is honestly so talented at what she does. She really listens to what I want and always makes sure I leave with exactly the results I was hoping for. I’m always obsessed with my hair afterwards! 🥹✨ I couldn’t recommend her enough. If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT! You definitely won’t regret it. 💕
