good service nice and quick
I had an appointment at 4:30pm and even arrived early, but I wasn’t seated until almost 5pm. The whole process felt very disorganized — different staff kept switching, and I was left waiting multiple times. At one point, my natural nails were cut extremely short without asking me first, which was really upsetting. As a first-time customer, this was a very disappointing experience. It felt like a complete waste of time, and the hygiene and overall management were quite concerning.

The service overall was good, however the gel polish application was patchy could have applied another coat

They could not do the nails I wanted. Not very clean either

The gentleman that did my nails was very professional and I loved his work. I just wished the hygiene standards were a bit better. As a person with eczema and sensitive skin, I was worried about getting contact dermatitis.
