I’ve been visiting Jill for 4 years now and can’t recommend her enough. My hair has grown so much and is healthier than ever, it’s a massive reflection of her application and work, she sooooo knows her stuff. Arrived at appointment to be told she does not open on a Monday and was only in doing training? Contacted Booksy who told us Salon put in there own opening days and times? So not sure why my booking was accepted? Very disappointing.
Hi Angela, I couldn’t have been nicer to you when you arrived & you could see the salon was in a training school day. As I explained on when you arrived, I had no clue the booksy was open as I was training which you could see. I also explained you that since you weren’t my client & I hadn’t fitted your original hair extensions I couldn’t fit them as I don’t do the method you have fitted, all clients need a consultation first.
Absolutely amazing 👏 literally saved my wee girls hair after a terrible experience with a previous so called extensionist, both Jill and Maria are very experienced, customer service second too none! Wouldn't go anywhere else now and would highly recommend. Thanks girls x
