Never even got to have the appointment. Was originally booked in for 11am then the following day the appointment got changed to 12:20pm then a couple of hours before the appointment it got cancelled due to building works. I’m sorry but if you know it’s gonna be close the appointment should’ve been cancelled straight away. You don’t want a barbers messing you about on your first time booking. The set up is embarrassing for a company. They also harassed me after sending a message back to me from telling them what I thought. Non stop spamming with phone calls and texts trying to make their problems your problem and if they don’t like the response they pull the “I’m a female and you can’t speak to me like that” cards out on you. This place should be shut down.
Hi luke I canceled the appointment to the next day as there is building work being done as things happen out of my control that cant be helped i apologied and offered you a new appointment to which I was given inappropriate language from you ! I rang twice to apologise as i dont normally cancel for no reason sorry you wasnt happy with being moved to the next day ! I hope your not as rude with anyone else that moves an appointment you have in future.....

Ive been going to Chloe for 15+ years and nobody else touches my hair (apart from when I wash it) Iv watched her from the backseat grow not just as the best barber around but an amazing buinsess women. The time care and attention she puts in is unmatched. 5 stars isnt enough to be honest. she deserves all the credit!!! see you in a few weeks mate

Double booked me twice, having to cancel my appointment. Rearranged a new appointment for the same time but the next day only to turn up and the shop closed without any update. Definitely won’t be getting my service.
