Margaret was very helpful and knowledgable about the service the company offered. She took time to discuss what I was looking for and showed me a good range of wigs to match. The salon was very clean and welcoming with private space for the consultation. My only disappointment was the limited range of wigs in the size I needed, which Margaret explained was due to this size being less available from the suppliers.

I have been attending Judy Plum for around 15yrs, so that in itself speaks volumes. I started at around 27yr old (alopecia), and can assure you that Margaret, Charmain and all staff are lovely, welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with and above all, confident in your choice. The salon is comfortable, Shug (the lift service) is a hoot, and it's always a very happy experience overall. The location also provides prime excuse to go for lunch or a wee trip to the shops!! Needing a wig any age; and for any reason, can be both upsetting & daunting, but the staff put you right at ease. Highly recommend!
