Andrew was fantastic and did a superb job.
I understand it’s an academy and I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I was expecting the length of my hair to be respected. I asked for it to stay long and said clearly that I didn’t want much taken off. My hair was originally down to around my mouth, and it has now been cut to above my eyebrows. The sides are also noticeably uneven. I appreciate that everyone is still learning, but this could have been avoided by talking to me before taking so much length off and checking that I was happy with the amount being cut. It will now take time for my hair to grow back to where it was.
