Did my eyebrows really well and nails perfect thank you to the lovely ladies at the salon

The salon was really dirty with a pile of dirty dishes left in the sink and on the counters, there was rubbish littered around the store. It was an uncomfortable experience, didn’t get the full treatment that I had paid for and then the nail tech was rude to me when I asked for a small amendment to my nails, despite not checking with me at any point during the service. Wouldn’t mind if their prices reflected the quality of service they actually give.

Bad customer service, bad lashes, ripped my skin with waxing on two occasions (eyebrow and lip) Never had that anywhere else. Lashes uneven, gappy, and started falling out the second I left the shop. I also asked for them to look natural but clearly the salon has no idea what natural lashes are supposed to look like. When I complained, the salon owner was rude and dismissive. She did offer a refund if I had the lashes removed but I had already been in there two hours for an hour appointment and I never want any services from them again so no chance I was letting her put chemicals near my eyes.
