Very happy with my nails. There was a very rude customer in while I was there who made the whole experience unpleasant for the other customers and staff trying their best to accommodate everyone.

Lovely staff BUT despite having a booked time for a gel manicure I was kept waiting for over half an hour without an update from the staff as to how long I’d be waiting. I assumed that I’d be on time by booking an appointment but was disappointed that I was kept waiting for as long as I was. Fortunately I was able to push my other appointments and errands back but was let down that they were so far delayed and may not go back due to this
