Appointment was confirmed yet clinic was closed, poor communication
Hi Alisha, thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry you’re disappointed, and I’d like to clarify a few points clearly: 1. We shared notice that the clinic was closed on our social media pages and sent updates via WhatsApp story, so it’s regrettable this didn’t reach you. 2. Regarding your sessions: Our detailed written records show you have no sessions remaining at all. You’ve already used your allocated sessions plus the two complimentary sessions we provided you everything is fully noted in our records. It seems there was a misunderstanding about your balance. We completely understand this is frustrating. If you’d like to go through our notes together, please message us directly, we’re happy to show you the full breakdown. Thank you.
It's always a good day when I know I have an appointment booked at La Belle Peau. Love the facials my skin is always glowing after - Thank you Ana And Arouje's advise on treatments and her professionalism is always spot on.
The besttt! I honestly love love how my lips turned out, I was so nervous but Arouje made me feel at ease and she knows her stuff. She’s been doing this for time so her recommendation of 1ml was the best suggestion. Anna was really nice and welcoming too! Overall all I know is I’m going back!
Thank you so much Sanna! It was a pleasure to have you in 🥺❤️
I went in for a consultation, and i just got to say Arouje is amazing! She gave me all the advice i needed and she was honest and professional. I will be booking in for my treatment very soon, she didnt rush me infact paid attention to all my concerns! Thank you once again!!
Rukaiya made me feel so comfortable and was incredibly welcoming, which made the whole process so much easier for me. I'm already seeing results, and I couldn't be happier!
First time coming here and definitely will be coming back, excellent service❤️
Beautiful service
I had an excellent experience with my laser appointment. Rukaiya was welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The treatment itself was efficient and virtually painless, and I’ve noticed great results. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering laser treatments! Let me know if you’d like to adjust this further!
Great as always
They are very professional and pay attention to details/ customer's request .
