They rescheduled my appointment did not show up or answer the door. Their phone lines don’t work and nobody answers messages. Stole my deposit as well…

I’m extremely disappointed and let down with the way this business handled my appointment. I have never had any treatments on my face so this was my first experience, it was cancelled with only 1.5 hours’ notice due to staff sickness, despite me travelling 2 hours across London and already being outside the clinic, ringing the door bell when I saw the message. While illness can’t be helped and is understandable, the lack of professionalism afterwards is unacceptable. I paid a deposit which I don’t know if I am going to get back as I am being ignored, I explained the situation, the wasted travel costs, and the time I’d taken out of my day, yet received no response what so ever. I’ve since sent multiple follow-up messages over several days and have been completely ignored. Cancellations happen. Ignoring customers after causing significant inconvenience is a choice. Based on my experience, this business has shown very little respect for its clients’ time.

DO NOT BOOK – SCAM ALERT This is not the La Beauty Dolls I was going to since 2022 and not owned even by the same people! I had a 1:30 pm appointment today and arrived slightly late. At 1:39 pm, they texted saying they’d wait 5 mins — I replied I was already outside, knocking and calling, but the door was locked and blinds closed. They claimed the practitioner left at 1:45 pm. Once I sent them photos with timestamps and they saw I was already ringing the bell at 1:44 pm, they changed the story saying she left at 1:39 pm, and said the receptionist didn’t answer because she was “in the bathroom”. No one answered calls (including the number they were texting from and no one opened the door despite my attempts until 2 pm. They refused to refund my deposit after I wasted over 2 hours traveling and waiting. Avoid this place — misleading, unprofessional, and a scam. Their previous practitioner was so inexperienced, she asked ME if my lips “looked even” during the procedure.

They cancelled my booking and tried to reschedule me however I’m not available on other days and so requested a refund for my deposit. They looked for excuses and have refused to refund me. Stay away. LA dolls is under new management and the service is absolutely terrible. Not the same as before.
