I couldn't be happier with my experience! The results are absolutely amazing, and she is an absolute expert at what she does. I knew straight away that I could trust her. The way she took the time to explain everything to me completely took away any worries I had—you can just tell how highly skilled and experienced she is. I felt entirely in safe hands the whole time. On top of that, the atmosphere and the service were immaculate. She is simply amazing, and I highly recommend her!

I had another Botox treatment with Eleonora today and, as always, had a fantastic experience. She is so professional, friendly, and really takes the time to make you feel comfortable and listened to. The treatment was quick and gentle, and she explained everything clearly throughout. I’ve been to Eleonora before and have always been really happy with my results, which is why I keep coming back. Even though it’s too early to see the results from today’s treatment, I know I’m in great hands and fully trust her work. Highly recommend!

I have been advised at my initial appointment to inject lower dose to allow to assess how it’ll look on me as it was my first time at LaEle, which I was happy to do and just come back for top up. Sadly, unable to book top up despite multiple attempts. Either no response for days or no availability despite asking for appointment on different days and different times. Sadly cannot recommend despite as treatment feels incomplete and results unsatisfactory without top up.
