So I can't lie, I cheated on my original lash girl and booked in with Leah as I couldn't face going to work with no lashes. Best decision I've made, Leah is so precise with her work, could feel her constantly checking to make sure my lashes were even with her little mirror, I've had no lashes come out overnight and I usually have 10-20% come out within the first day with my last lash girl. They're lined up perfectly on my lash line and I'm just so happy with them, Leah you have definitely got yourself a new returning client. Thank you so much xxx

Wasn’t happy with my lashes never got back to me
Hi, your lashes were full and applied to a high standard and exactly as booked. As you stated they were 'lovely'. If you would have told me you were looking for a fuller, more dramatic look mega volume would have been the appropriate service and that could have been achieved. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds based on expectations of fullness as this isn’t covered by our policy 🙂
