Even though it did nearly put me off going to the appointment when I got the text saying if I was more than 10 minutes late. That she would of had to cancel my appointment and still charge me the full price. Because it would put her behind for the rest of the day. My eye brows are lovely and my tint on my eye lashes are fabulous thanks so much.
Thank you Natalie I’m so glad you like your brows and lashes! The late rule is something that applies to every client as it’s important I don’t run behind as it has a domino effect on other appointments. As your appointment was only a 30 minute slot I pride myself on doing the best I can and don’t like to rush or provide a bad/rushed treatment🤍
