I have been to quite a few lash techs and I’ve never found a style I actually liked on me. Nadya took one look at my face and knew straight away! They are absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted!! She’s also so friendly and a very strong and independent woman, absolutely loved her. Highly recommend!! Can’t wait to return for an infill🫶🏽

I love how I get to have my lash naps and you’re not offended by it or listen to a tv show ( got me into so many good shows 😂).My lashes are so beautiful, you always go the extra mile to make them perfect and ask me if I’m happy and to check them in the mirror. I feel so welcome when meeting your lovely clients when either waiting for my appointment or my appointment has gone over because you make sure they are done to a high level that you yourself would want. I came to you with painful clumpy glued lashes with gaps due to going to someone that didn’t really care or know what they were doing and you not only managed to save what lashes I had left but you also made it look like nothing even happened and helped to advise me what could better suit my eyes/face and I’ve never looked back as I get so many compliments them.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Communication throughout the appointment was poor. I specifically requested a 14-inch lash length, but the final result was much shorter than what I had asked for. I originally booked a hybrid lash set; however, upon arrival, I was advised that I had a lot of natural lashes and was encouraged to switch to a volume set instead. Unfortunately, the final result was not what I wanted or expected. During the appointment, I was asked whether I liked the lashes, but another client was waiting, and I felt rushed and uncomfortable expressing my concerns at the time. I was also uncomfortable that the technician was vaping during my appointment and allowed another person present to vape as well. I found this unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful of my comfort as a client. Overall, I am disappointed with both the service and the outcome, as my preferences were not properly considered and the environment did not feel professional or welcoming.
