Really happy with my lashes! Laurie is so down to earth and makes you feel really comfortable. She’s really easy to chat to and my lashes look gorgeous. Would definitely recommend her! ❤️
Cancelled appt 25mins before I was due in. Blanked my message and wouldn’t answer the phone. I don’t know how you could do that to anyone. I had just picked up my mum who isn’t very well to look after my little boy. To say I am fuming is an understatement. Woeful behaviour. I understand about not removing other people’s work, that’s common in the lash industry, but who reads a booking policy on Booksy? You should have it next to your Lash Removal Treatment. That aside it doesn’t explain you blanking my message or phone call. It’s just poor service. Had you taken my call you would have known I booked on Booksy and it doesn’t mention anything, hopefully realised the mistake is your end and taken my appointment. You confirmed it yourself. But I hope you update your Services so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Edited after response: I didn’t call you stupid, I called you useless in one Facebook post. Am glad your gym buddy let you know. Maybe you will revise your Lash Removal service as it doesn’t state what you are saying.
Hi Tracy I really suggest you looking at peoples policiese before booking in for a treatment . My booking system clearly states I do not remove other eyelash techniques work unless it is booked in with a full set . As you are not my client I would advised going back to your original eyelash techniques who put work on you you are not happy with. Rather than slandering my self all over your social media. Here are my policies so you can read them again before you call me a stupid beautician Lash Removal Policy 🤍 Lash removals are only available as an add-on service when booking a full set. If you currently have lash extensions applied by another lash technician, I am happy to remove them provided you are also booking a new full set with me. I do not offer removal-only appointments for work completed by another technician. If you only require your current lashes to be removed, please contact the technician who originally applied them. If the lashes being removed are my own work, removal can be booked separately. Thank you for understanding
