So i’ve been going to this place for years but today i went after ages and realised management changed and so did the people The barbers weren’t so good and the mangement was trying to make money I did a fade and beard and beard colour and in the end they asked me for £90 for all Taking the piss Wont let me leave and i had to pay I have reported them to police but please dont go this place as they are the worst people and Mo is one of the worst barbers, dosent understand english and how are u supposed to explain him what u want and he got angry in the end when i said you’re scammers

I asked for a low burst fade and got a high burst fade. The fade is crooked and the hair on top is too short. I gave a reference photo and it looks absolutely nothing like it. It would’ve been an easy trim as I had an easy/long baseline but my entire hair has been restyled to look nothing like the reference. My neck was cut 5 times with the clippers because they were rushing to finish. I didn’t even get an apology. Don’t give 18:15 as an appointment option if you’re so desperate to leave at 19:00! I could tell the whole thing was rushed because they turned the lights off before I even left. Very poor service. Only positive I can find is that the place was clean and comfy. I smiled on the way out because what are they going to do, grow my hair back? I don’t want to return though.
