I had an excellent experience. Navern paid so much attention to detail and treated my locs as if they were his. He’s exceptional in his craft and I can’t wait to go back!

Honestly, this appointment was the best retwist experiences I’ve had. From start to finish, everything was professional, but the atmosphere was still relaxed and comfortable. Navern explained what he was doing throughout the whole appointment, including why he was using certain products, the benefits of them, and how to properly maintain my locs going forward. Each individual loc was carefully analysed. You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about his craft, and I left feeling like I had a much better understanding of my own hair. Plus the Retwist came out Amazing!! Definitely recommend — I’ll be back for sure!
