Such a beautiful afternoon. Katie is warm, friendly and very welcoming. Her space is beautiful, the beach walk and yoga were perfection. Returning back we done more fabulous kundalini breathwork and a beautiful sound journey. She then shared a clean, healthy, nutritious lunch with smoothie. Herbal teas and lemon water throughout the day also. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and energised. Would highly recommend Katie. A gentle and authentic teacher. I will be back 🙏🏼💚

I really enjoyed Katie’s workshop today, it was a lovely day with a lovely group of people. I really enjoyed the beach yoga which was followed by delicious food and refreshments. Katie put so much care and attention into today and is a great teacher. I will definitely be coming again! Thanks x
