This was my second visit to Serayna and once again she worked absolute magic on my curls. She’s such a warm, kind and vivacious person who instantly makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I shuffled into the salon feeling flat and left bouncing out with the softest, most beautiful curls. The care and attention she gives to curly hair is incredible, and she always styles my curls perfectly while keeping them healthy and defined. If you’re looking for a curly hair specialist who genuinely loves what she does and makes you feel amazing, I can’t recommend Serayna enough!

I loved every second of my appointment with Serayna. I was made to feel comfortable from the second I walked in and the whole time we were chatting felt like a catchup with a friend. Everything man, down to actual hot, (not cold, or freezing or lukewarm KMT LOL), water, a proper wash and massage of the head piece, sorting out my mashed up booking system, answering my anxious, overthinking, slightly manic hahaha, yet entertaining, (she laughed mostly hahaha), voicenotes quick fast LOL, to recommendations, to belly laughing, having attention to detail and making sure I was comfortable and not wet and scrunched up LOL, to having her bank details ready, handwritten on a card, to…….wait for it….🥁🥁🥁🥁🛢️🛢️🛢️🛢️🛢️🪘🪘🪘🪘🪘⏳⏳⏳⏳⏳haha… a PDF ‘TIPS & TRICKS,’ sheet, with all before and after pics and vids AND a being able to take home a black hair magazine, full of melanin and inspiration.
