i have never felt so welcomed in a hair appointment before. matthew was so kind and patient, quick to help and give me guidance, and gave me a perfect haircut which was exactly what i wanted! it’s clear they have a genuine care about their clients, no matter who they are, and i highly recommend!!! <3

Great experience! Tom took the time to understand what I wanted and was friendly and chatty which was super as I was a little nervous, tending to be a creature of habit. The experience was enjoyable and relaxing. I was well looked after and left feeling confident! 100% recommend!

Genuinely one of the best haircuts I’ve had. From the moment I sat down, I never felt rushed. Tom took the time to chat, understand what I was after, and checked throughout to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Best of all I would have felt comfortable to ask for changes without feeling awkward, which makes a huge difference. The service was friendly, professional, and well worth the money. The included ear hair trim was a bonus!!! My hair certainly left looking better than it did when I walked in, and the confidence boost was a welcome! -the pic was day after - I need to get better at styling!

Highly recommend, especially if you’re AFAB and looking for a barber. I’d had some awkward experiences elsewhere, so I was nervous about booking, but everyone was welcoming and professional. As an autistic person I find haircuts quite stressful, but they took their time, listened to what I wanted, and made the whole experience really easy. Absolutely love the cut and will definitely be back.
