Hmmmm, now what do I say? Has I booked an OAP 30 minute wash & cut appointment for £18, but was in and out of the saloon in less than 18 minutes. After only receiving a quick haircut (mostly with an electric clipper) with little discussion as what length sideburns etc I wanted. Now what I received certainly didn't meet my expectations, and I can see why folk are heading to Turkish barbers for a decent £12 to 14 haircut!!! Sorry for my honesty, but you did ask
Hi Peter, you asked for a 4 on the sides and a trim on top, which is exactly what was done. With very little length to work with in the first place, there wasn’t exactly a full restyle to deal with as for the timing not every haircut needs half an hour if the client’s hair and requested style don’t require it. If there was something different you wanted, you should’ve said at the time I’d have happily adjusted it there and then. And just to clarify, I didn’t personally ask you for a review. The system sends them automatically after appointments. No worries though if you’ve already got a barber or know one you can trust for £12, then stick with them no need to come here it's not for everyone👍🏼
