Excellent service, I was changing out jewellery and my piercer was so kind and explained why she recommended a specific size.

I’ve been to Metal Morphosis a few times now and always see Elin. She originally pierced my nose, and recently removed it for an MRI, which I really appreciated. I went back the next day to have it reinserted and finally got my helix done too. Elin is calm, professional, and really reassuring. She encouraged me to make my own choices, which I appreciated, and the whole process was much less painful than I expected. Booking through Booksy was simple and really easy. The reception team at Carnaby Street were lovely, Sienna in particular was really helpful and made me feel at ease.

Connor did my first ever piercing yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. I got my nose pierced and he walked me through everything so calmly and gave me so much information. It made the whole experience incredibly relaxed and I didn’t worry about it a single thing. Such a lovely guy and I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you also to the rest of the team for being so inviting and just generally bloody awesome

Sadly no piercing this time, but anatomy check was carefully explained and not rushed so I understood why it wouldn’t work for me. Really appreciate their honesty and patience.
