I’ve been going to Mila for the last two years and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails! 🤍 She’s always amazing, so of course the service itself is 10/10 as always. But her new salon?! 😍 It is SO lovely. Everything is beautifully clean, tidy and fresh, and the atmosphere is just so calm and peaceful. It genuinely feels like such a little escape - you can sit down, switch off and just enjoy being there. The vibe is absolutely gorgeous and I felt so pampered! Not to mention the new location in city centre is soooo convenient! 🙌🏼

Mila did amazing job, traditionally. However, I'm really pleased she is moving to downtown September 1st, hopefully it will be much quieter in the new salon.

Can't stop recommending Mila to all my friends! I have been doing manicure and pedicure with Mila for the last 4 years and I have my nails look natural and vibrant even after 3 weeks. Besides, you will have your cuticle treated properly, not just moved aside, if you know what I mean. Last but not the least, Mila is the most lovely person and will never "sell" you what you don't need. Appreciate and highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Mila for my nails for 2 years now and I’m always so happy with the results! She is professional, friendly and always pays attention to every detail. My nails always look beautiful and last really well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend! ❤️

So sorry to leave a 1 star review but I want to be honest and share my opinion both on pedicure and experience at the salon. Pedicure itself is lovely, thank you. However, the experience was a bit disappointing as I wasn’t offered a drink and the footpath had a bin bag liner at the bottom. The main reason was at the end, when 2 people entered the salon who knew Mila and made the experience quite uncomfortable.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you were happy with your pedicure. I’m sorry that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We do use a fresh, clean disposable liner for every client as an additional hygiene measure. The liners are transparent/white and are replaced after every appointment, so I’m sorry if this gave a different impression. I also apologise that you weren’t offered a drink during your appointment. We always want our clients to feel comfortable and looked after, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Regarding the two people who came into the salon at the end of your appointment, I’m sorry that their presence made you feel uncomfortable. That was certainly not our intention, and I understand how this could have affected your overall experience. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We will take your comments on board and use them to improve the experience for our clients.
