Would love to rate 5 stars as Roisin was absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the overall result of my pedicure. I had expected a more thorough finish based on what we discussed beforehand regarding cuticle work and nail preparation, but the final result did not reflect that. There was still visible product residue and uneven gel application, and the overall finish felt rushed and not as detailed as expected. The appointment also started late and felt slightly shortened, which may have impacted the time available for the treatment. Roisin has offered a partial refund, which I appreciate, but I am still in the process of resolving this as I feel the service did not meet the standard I was expecting for the price paid. I’m leaving this review as constructive feedback rather than criticism, as I do believe she is skilled and friendly, but my personal experience did not match the service advertised or discussed.

Roisin is fantastic, she always does such a fantastic job on my nails.

Roisin always provides 10/10 service and I always have such a pleasant experience with her. She is so friendly and down to earth, my nails always turn out exactly how I want them to🥰. My nails never chip, infact I had my nails on for 12 weeks due to having my baby early and not getting in for my refill and they just grew out 🤪😂.
