Two of the most loveliest women I have ever met. So friendly and professional. The whole Salon was immaculate and such a lovely calm atmosphere. Absolutely Amazing ladies! They’re very kind and welcoming. Really easy to talk to. The manicure was beautiful and I absolutely recommend 1000%. Was my first ever pedicure too and I highly recommend as my toes look beautiful, It felt very luxurious and pampering. 10000% recommend.

On behalf of my partner- An awful set of lashes, no isolation, took another lash tech 2 and a half hours to remove the glued together lashes and redo a set. Over priced and definitely doesn’t take care and consideration in applying lashes
Hi. I’m sorry you feel disappointed, however this situation has been misrepresented. You initially messaged to say a couple of lashes had fallen out. I responded as soon as the message was passed to me and attempted to contact you on two separate accounts to resolve this promptly. You replied 12 hours later to say you were on holiday and had already gone elsewhere to have your lashes infilled. I take pride in my work, take care of my clients, and always ensure my treatments are carried out to a high standard. If I had been given the opportunity to assess the lashes before any further work was done, I would have happily reviewed and addressed any concerns. However, once another technician has worked on the lashes, I’m unable to assess the original treatment or take responsibility for the results. For this reason, I cannot offer infills, corrections or refunds.
