At Naked Nails, we pride ourselves on our Russian manicure technique and all of our team are Gold Manicure trained, so precise cuticle work and a clean finish are extremely important to us. With this technique, achieving the perfect cuticle result can sometimes take multiple appointments depending on the condition of the skin, as we always prioritise the health of the natural nail and avoid overworking the cuticles in one session. Our shaping process follows the Russian manicure method, where final refining is completed after product application to ensure the correct structure and finish. We always check the shape and length with clients before they leave to make sure they are happy. We’re disappointed to hear your BIAB chipped after four days, as we offer free repairs within the first week and would have been more than happy for Millie to assess and correct this for you. We noticed you rebooked at the end of your appointment, so we believed you were happy at the time, but we always encourage clients to contact us if anything isn’t quite right so we can put it right.
