Great salon with lovely staff. I had a Hollywood wax and although I was really nervous, the beautician made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely book again.

The service was terrible. Please note it wasn't the Naz herself who was doing my haircut but some other woman. I went for a dry-cut and my hair was cut too short and the problem with which I came in the first place (some strands were longer than others and I asked to make them even on the ends, not cut my hair shorter) was not fixed!! Moreover, it was unhygienic - the hair brush fell on the floor many times but the stylist picked it up and continued using like nothing happened. She also made inappropriate comments about my hair which I did not ask about. And the most important she ripped my hair by brushing it so hard that I was tearing up all the time and it was extremely painful and she did not even care or asked if I am okay. I have wavy hair and instead of gentle undoing the knots, she was just brushing it like crazy ripping it off! The brush was full of my hair and the pain was unbearable. I did pay and leave the salon because after all of that I just wanted to cry and did not have power to argue. Now I am asking for refund AND compensation for damage. Please contact me regarding this issue or I will escalate the issue to the Trading Standards.

Always an amazing experience. Nazs is my go to place when ever I come back home for a holiday. Naz is very attentive, really listens to what you want. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyebrows. Wish she would open a salon in my hometown in Australia. More
