Good cut and friendly service as normal
If you’ve booked don’t expect for them to actually follow the schedule, they’ll just tell you to sit and wait behind everyone else that hasn’t booked. Absolute joke
No need to Booksy as they don’t ask and you have to wait until everyone who is in the shop before you.
Hi John, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were disappointed. We accept both walk-in customers and Booksy appointments. When you arrive, please let us know that you have a booking so we can check you in and give you priority at your appointment time. If we aren’t aware you have an appointment, we may continue serving walk-in customers. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again. Thank you.
