Nicole is just so lovely! Her space is clean, comfortable & the decor is super cute. I find the noise and bustle of salons a bit overwhelming, so I loved the 1:2:1 set up here & appreciated the safe & relaxing atmosphere it gave. I booked in for a big chop (bit scary!), and Nicole gave great advice and made me feel totally at ease and hyped up about the big change - and even let me do the first big chop! Nicole completely understood the brief & gave me exactly what I was after! I’m completely in love with it & have had so many compliments too! My hair feels so much healthier & thicker, and has been super easy to live with and style. I just feel like a huge weight has been lifted! I had such a lush time with Nicole and can’t wait to go back again for my next cut. 🖤
Perfect haircut, listened and confirmed exactly what I wanted and cut the hair to bring out the natural wavy texture. Looks great after washing and air-drying, no styling needed. 10/10 no notes :)
