Have been a client of Number 89 for over a year now for hair colour, cut and finish with Lucy. This time I had brow tidy and dye- nice neat finish with perfect shade for my colouring. Am always happy with the service. It's a comfortable, relaxing experience and I leave feeling very satisfied with the result- money well spent.
